How can you help me?

At Gearheart, we create custom web applications and mobile APIs. Our applications are usually based on Django and Angular. We consider ourselves experts in these.

Our tools assist us in building custom applications from scratch, but if you are in need of a standard blog or a simple e-commerce site, we are less efficient.

We do not provide design and SEO, but we are happy to recommend experts in these areas and collaborate with them.

What domains can you build applications in?

We are not limited to any one domain. We will learn all domain specifics required for each project. With guidance from clients, we have successfully worked with the following domains:

What methodology do you follow?

We use an agile workflow, based on Scrum. The workflow is tweaked to let us work effectively in a distributed team, even with the difficulty of working with clients in significantly different time zones.

What is required to get started?

Get in touch with us and describe your idea and we will take it from there. For each project we specify what needs to be done, agree on team size, sign a contract, and start coding.

How soon can we start?

Our work is broken down into weekly sprints, so the fastest that we can begin is "Next Monday." It rarely takes more than two weeks to start development.

Who will work on my project?

One team is allocated for each project.and providing there is a sufficient workload, that team will work full-time solely on your project.

All developers at Gearheart have 3 - 8 years of experience working with our main tools. We only hire experienced staff and they work on internal projects prior to any client projects ensuring that they are fully capable of handling any new job.

Are you freelancers or do you have full-time employees?

We only staff full-time employees and never outsource work to freelancers.

Can I hire your developers, but do management and QA myself?

We are happy to discuss new tasks and schedule with clients, however we follow our agile process and handle all QA on our end.
